Organizations can be expressed within the language of emergent, organized complex systems. The language of the above three models is different, but the concepts are identical. Why is that important? Because they all offer essentially the same broad, holistic view of the organization. 

Community. Organization. Department. Team. Friends.

These terms are essentially synonyms. These terms implicate a vast intersectionality of meaning. These terms imply their development and nurture are the same.
